I can’t remember my login, how can I find it?

Your login ID is the email address you used when purchasing your Broken Brain set. If you can’t remember which email address you used during checkout, please email: [email protected]

I can’t remember my password, how can I reset?

You can click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link to reset your password. If you are still having troubles, please email: [email protected]

Can I share my login info with friends/family?

Your membership and login information, including user name and password, are for your personal use only. Please keep that information to yourself.

However, we would love for you to share the message of Broken Brain with your family and friends. If there are specific parts you would like to share with a loved one, you are welcome to do that, however we ask that you please keep your membership login information for your own use.

When will my order arrive?

If you purchased a set that includes physical DVDs (Gold or Platinum), orders typically ship within 24 hours or the first business day following a weekend/holiday. Shipments will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Please allow extra time for international shipments to be delivered.

If you purchased a set that includes digital materials (Silver or Platinum), you get access to your digital files immediately through your customer account. If you are having troubles logging in or are having troubles viewing your digital files, please email: [email protected]
